The staff was accommodating of my delayed arrival and breakfast had a great selection, including donuts, juices, and cereals. The room was warm amidst heavy snow and the ski bus stop was convenient.

The stay was simply amazing! Despite being late due to bad weather conditions, the staff gave us warm welcoming. the breakfast had a wide range of food choices like sliced meat, muffins, juices, yoghurt, cereals. the room and hotel were well heated, and the ski bus stop was just across the hotel. the hot water was always ready and the bathroom was neat.
There were two minor issues with the bathroom facilities: the hairdryer didn't turn on and the shower was a little faulty, falling on my forehead.

Some aspects of our stay weren't as good. The shower holder was broken, which caused the showerhead to fall on my forehead leaving a small scratch.
